LITERARY CAKE: A student Cassandra in Quebec has made this amazing cake based on my novel NOTHING - with all the sacrifices from Agnes' green sandals and Emil Jensen's coffin to Dannebrog, Anna-Li's adoption papers, Little Ingrid's crutches and Jan-Johan's finger ...
